Life After Drugs Tyrel Finger and Hailea cross North Monroe Avenue on their way home from Hailea's daycare. Tyrel can't afford to pay the fines to get his license back let alone buy and insure a car. He does a lot of walking and rides the bus. Hailea loves bus rides, especially bumpy ones.
